I have.

  You can find several messages by Googling "lists.zope.org" for
  "SQLRelay".

  David plan to make a new release soon that addresses some of
  the weak points reported in the above messages.

  Andreas Tille (among others) works on a debian package for SQLRelay
  addressing more weak points.
