psycopg tarball includes an rpm spec file sent in by a kind user. i
would be glad if someone can use that spec file after each release and
send me rpm packages, so that i can put them on the download page. (but
maybe, those psycopg-specific stuff is better discussed on the psycopg
ML, or not? :)=20
