[DB-SIG] python-oracle queries

sir,
i have connected to oracle from python through odbc
in windows.

i dont know how do i execute procedures and functions
in through odbc.

can we pass parameters in queries?

can we access results of a query by fieldnames?

how can we change date format so that we can store and
retrieve date in '03-aug-03' format.
