They should be equal, haven't changed anything after submitting it to
the tracker. I'll keep the tracker informed if I change anything else.

I've seen you have just dropped the note [9]
(http://hg.python.org/peps/rev/888c87639210): I'll leave you to do the
same on the reST version.
