[Distutils] Dead link on Python Distutils-SIG: Implementation Status page

Hello,

The Python Distutils-SIG: Implementation Status page
(http://www.python.org/sigs/distutils-sig/status.html) has a dead link
saying it goes to "see the Distutils documentation page"
(http://www.python.org/sigs/doc/). That page does not exist.
