Download the zip file and have a look at the instructions and examples.  You
are welcome to use the parts that you want in your manual.  I agree the
manual could do with a bit of a revamp in that section.  It took me a long
time to make the whole thing work because of the incompatibilities between
the Microsoft and Borland Compilers.  I'm sure others could use some tips.

You can also put a link to my site on the python.org "how to" section if you
like.
