[Distutils] changes neccesary ... addition

hi !

i've just seen that the python documentation was updated the last days,
now containing some more info about extensions.

but first: the compile.py script from David Ascher is no more
available from this page,  (since a long time now..)

nor should it be used.

this is a job for the distutils  !!

same for extensions under unix.
so it should be documented rather then mystic scripts making just msvc
projects.
