[Distutils] Patch for unixccompiler.py to support HP-UX + gcc

Hello,

gcc on hp-ux uses the native linker, so if gcc is used there, the 
normal gcc flags do not apply.

I propose the following patch to unixccompiler.py

That also adds +s, which means that SHLIB_PATH is honored (the same as 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH on Linux/Solaris).
