The corresponding feature for bdist_wininst would be a browse directory
dialog, allowing to specify an install location, I assume?
And, does it really make sense to reuse the 'unix_home' scheme on
windows? Wouldn't it make more sense (to a windows user, at least), to
use the WINDOWS_SCHEME instead of the unix_home scheme?
And, finally, the --home and also the --exec-prefix arguments still have
(Unix only) in their description.
