[Distutils] Re: bdist_deb patches

Thanks to all for their comments.  I've got a second attempt
at a bdist_deb ready.   If put a new set of patches up at:

I've renamed the 'debianize' command to 'dh_make', added a better
test script, and it now work on woody.   A more detailed changelog
is included in README.bdist_deb which is included within the patch
set.

As always, comments would be appreciated.
