[Distutils] Building rpms for different interpreters?

In addition to building with Python 2.4, you also have
to point bdist_rpm to the Python interpreter to use when
running the rpm build command:

	$(PYTHON) setup.py \
			bdist_rpm \
			--python $(PYTHON) \
			--release $(PACKAGERELEASE)
