Has any recent change to setuptools affected a call to "swig_sources"?

Hi all,
I am trying to install on Fedora Core 4 (Python 2.4.1) and I get the
following error (after easy_install -f
http://www.turbogears.org/download/index.html --script-dir
/usr/local/bin TurboGears):
