Odd. It *was* sent as an attachment. Thunderbird on OS X sees it fine
through GMane. Maybe GMane mangled it somewhere along the line. Or
perhaps line-endings are getting confused. I'm cc'ing this to you with
an attached patch that uses CRLF line endings.
