[Distutils] ez_setup status?

What's the status of ez_setup from 0.6?  The URL is still broken from
me; I'm using an svn:external version, loaded from here:

  svn://svn.eby-sarna.com/svnroot/ez_setup

And it's trying to load:
http://cheeseshop.python.org/packages/source/s/setuptools/setuptools-0.6a1-py2.4.egg

Instead of:
http://cheeseshop.python.org/packages/2.4/s/setuptools/setuptools-0.6a1-py2.4.egg


I thought I saw Phillip mention it was fixed, but it doesn't seem to be,
or maybe the svn version isn't fixed yet?
