Argh.  I missed the 2.4 part; I only fixed the 'cheeseshop' part.  My test 
run apparently was an upgrade rather than a new install.  It works fine for 
upgrades (where the URL is pulled from PyPI), but not for new installations.

I've updated SVN and the master download file.  Sorry about that.
