[Distutils] Bug in parsing entry points with extras spec?

The parse tests didn't include the case of "modulename [extras]", only 
"modulename:attrs [extras]".  I've fixed the tests and the code now in both 
the 0.7 trunk and the 0.6 stable branch.  Thanks for the bug report!
