[Distutils] Myghty.org down borked easy_install pylons

I've changed this in SVN to issue a warning instead, if the page being 
retrieved is merely a source of links, rather than an actual download.

You can now update to the fixed version with "easy_install setuptools==dev" 
or "easy_install setuptools==dev06".
