[Distutils] Path With Space Bug in EasyInstall

Okay, I found the problem; it was a #!-parsing regression that happened in 
0.6c4 when I was adding support for bdist_wininst installation of .exe 
wrappers.  It's fixed now in SVN and will of course be out in 0.6c6.
