[Distutils] zc.buildout : Playing with environment in cfg files

Does buildout has something that would allow me to write something like this
in my .cfg:

eggs =
   #ifdef win32
   pywin32
   #endif
That would be nice indeed.

Or maybe a way to set up an environement before buildout starts reading the
config file ?
