[Distutils] BUG: easy_install.exe fails under C :\Program files

information).

Your python is still c:\python23, not "c:\python 23".

Thanks! This is quite well hidden information, you should advertise yourself
a bit more. Also, people usually expect find to a real bug tracker, not just
a discussion list as notable open source project as setuptools is.
