[Distutils] [zc.buildout] init/bootstrap commands

Hi All,

Is it just be or would it be better if:

- the bootstrap command also copied the latest bootstrap.py into the new 
buildout?

- the bootstrap and init commands were combined? I can't see where 
they're useful on their own...
