[Distutils] Adding include path during install

Hi,

I am trying to install PJSIP py-pjsua with distutils setup.py install
command. But the while building with visual studio .NET 2003 it
complains about missing header files. the files are there I suppose
its not finding paths to it.
SO is it possible to give the path to include directory?
