- -1.  Maintaining a separate list of files to be included is a DRY
violation, given that the VCS already *knows* what files need to be there.

+1 to improving / documenting / pimping the various VCS plugins, even to
the extent that we land them into the setuptools distribution when they
are deemed "mature".
