Mine neither. I agree the title is confusing, but OTOH, moving things in
wiki is easy, whereas waiting for things to be at the right place
increases the risk of losing the information. That's how wiki work.

We need more people who care about the building issues (vs the
distribution issues) if we want to be taken in account for distutils
improvements :)
