[Distutils] The latest stable standalone Distutils?

Hi Tarek,
Thanks for the response and openning a ticket for this.

(For the record, here's the link for the ticket:

So, the latest Distutils code would be one in svn trunk.
I was looking for that code for learning the implementation.
