[Distutils] setuptools inquiry

Phillip,

I just downloaded setuptools from:
http://svn.python.org/projects/sandbox/trunk/setuptools

I am interested in creating the windows .exe installer but could not find
any materials for doing so in the repo.  Is there someplace else I should be
looking?

In addition, there are two binary utilities, cli.exe and gui.exe that are
distributed with the tool.  Is the source for these utilities stored
somewhere on svn.python.org?
