[Distutils] Colour this bikeshed: Name for setuptools fork

I'm not one of those people, but I know a lot of people who have  
burned by setuptools and who might give it another chance once  
"respect the PYTHONPATH" [1] and "be more like distutils with regard  
to --prefix=" [2] are fixed.
