[Distutils] [issue75] [PATCH]

Hi, I wrote a patch to improve distutils.
I'm a bit new to the whole distutils vs. setuptools, but in any case i've
decided to submit it here as well. I'm not sure if distutils is accepting it,
but whether they do or not, i'll assume it's source compatible, and perhaps
you'd like to use it too.
Attached is the patch, and the original clean.py file from distutils (that i've
modified)
