[Distutils] PEP 376 - Anything else ?

Hello

I've added Zip support for PEP 376, as asked by Ronald some time ago.

I think I have included everything people reported in the code
prototype and the PEP text,

Any other feedback before I resend it back to python-dev, to propose
its inclusion for 2.7/3.2 ?
