I am interested in receiving your results.

Notice that I have started a similar project to prevent regressions in
Distutils.

I am running "smoke test" to see if the current trunk is able to create
the same releases than previous Python versions.

It checkout a project and run "python setup.py sdist" with various
Python interpreter, then compare the output.

Right now I am running this only on numpy and a list of trusted tarballs
for security reasons.
