[Distutils] [issue74] pkg_resources.ImpWrapper documented but no longer exists

pkg_resources.ImpWrapper was (and is) mentioned in the documentation 
(pkg_resources.txt), and as a result has been used by modules such as modulegraph 
(http://svn.pythonmac.org/modulegraph/modulegraph/trunk/modulegraph/modulegraph.py
).  However, recent versions of pkg_resources remove this definition.

Given this class appears in the documentation and still exists, just not with that 
name, it would be useful if backwards compatibility could be retained.
