[Distutils] Distribute support added in zc.buildout

And why i dislike so much pip is that i think it cannot provide me enough
isolation as zc.buildout can. I don't want to have one python(venv)/project and
afaik, i's the only way to do the same as i could do with buildout and shared
cache directories.
