[Distutils] 'setup.py develop' w/ extras?

You could add 'MyProject[extra1,...]' to your install_requires, but 
you'd need to remember to take them back *out* later.  ;-)

I suppose I could add an --extras option in 0.7.  Patches welcome.  ;-)
