The same here.  This time the thread was hijacked by software. That's
why I prefer reading Google Groups from the web with optional
subscriptions.

It is NOT about UPPMS (Universal Python Package Management Solution) -
it is about small bootstrap Script that Guides User how to install the
package management system the user is trying to execute.
