The change was intended, as we are currently removing all command-line
related things to run.py, and make dist.py do a single thing : be a
Distribution object.

The run.py script is becoming the future UI for distutils2, as we move
from a distribution-centric (==driven by setup.py) to a global script.

So, we'll fix failing tests but no revert is planned
