[Distutils] mercurial update problem with pip

Hi Fabian,
I see you have a too old pip version. Sorry for not giving you a
faster reply, but just do:
$ pip install --upgrade pip
And you will get the latest version from PyPI (0.8.1 by now).
I tried to install the package you did, and it worked here.
