Haha, well I guess it's technically at the bottom, but since the page is (a)
almost empty and (b) looks like a text file, it kinda looks like the main
content of the page.

That's somewhat of an improvement. A link to a separate legal statement,
like on python.org, would be nice. But I understand that this will require
some work that you may not have time to do.
