[Distutils] Distribute 0.6.17 incoming

Hi

I am going to release 0.6.17 this week-end, with a few fixes, most
important ones:

1 - python 3.2.1 compat
2 - "ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10" during
download -  https://bitbucket.org/tarek/distribute/issue/196
3 - pkg_resources sandboxing issue -
https://bitbucket.org/tarek/distribute/issue/205

If you see anything that you'd like to be fixed in this release,
please point me a bug or a patch today or tomorrow.
