[Distutils] buildout 1.6 on windows

Hi All,

I'm pretty dismayed at the lack of QA that was done on the 1.6 release 
before it was released.

I'm annoyed that the "latest" release of Buildout is completely hosed on 
Windows, and so I now see all my CI slowly turning red:

When are we going to see a fixed release? Or do I really have to do and 
pin all my buildouts to 1.5.x?!
