Yeah, that too (so, overall, a -2 from me :-)

It's one more place to check for/maintain version pin information.

The output of "bin/buildout annotate" makes it easy to tell where a
version pin came from (except if it came from a setup.py file, but
then it isn't considered pinned by buildout anyway).
