I don't exactly see it as an argument - it's just a discussion (although of
course we "argue" for our point of view).

I don't think we're done by a long chalk, but as I see it, we might as well
polish the various pieces of the puzzle as best we can as we go along. Code
is more malleable than the spec, so we should try to get that to be as good
as we reasonably can.
