[Distutils] Setuptools/Distribute error with 0.7.2

Hey Jason.

I was getting it before you removed it I think (and yeah, still get it now
if I `pip install
https://bitbucket.org/pypa/setuptools/downloads/distribute-0.7.zip`).

An example of such a package is pudb, if you'd like to try and reproduce
(or I can open an issue on the tracker, just wasn't sure I wasn't missing
something), but even if I install with easy_install I still seem to get the
same output:
