I was using vanity (good name, btw :) and for example looking at
devpi-0.9.tar.gz shows "0" downloads.  Also, devpi-server saw a few
hundred downloads per release before the CDN move and now shows up with
"1" or so.  Given that i just gave a training where a few people had
it installed i am pretty sure that can't be.
