Probably. I'm not actually sure there's a formal spec for what's in a
dist-info directory TBH. There's definitely a "plus anything else
people put there" clause in practice, but I don't know if there's a
list of the actual mandated files anywhere. PEP 426 says you put
pydist.json in there, but that's the only file I know of that's
documented.
