[Distutils] Can pypi python 3 packages be sorted please?

So can they be sorted in the same way as the normal index?  To my eye 
the unsorted list looks horrible.  OTOH it's too much hassle or this is 
covered by the Warehouse project I won't lose any sleep over it.

Also for pypi issues

https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/catalog-sig where it states 
it's retired and points you here.  How do we get this changed?
