[Distutils] Can pypi python 3 packages be sorted please?

Hi, (just FYI I live in UTC+10 so immediate responses sometimes aren't
reasonable to expect), could you clarify which list of Python 3 packages
you're referring to? I presume it's this one:

https://pypi.python.org/pypi?:action=browse&c=533&show=all

In which case I think I might be able to quickly hack an ordering in there,
yes. I'm really not sure what the point of that page is any longer though :)

As for the mailing list stuff: you'd need to contact the owner(s) of the
pydotorg-www mailing list to have that change made.
