Ok, I’ve gone ahead and addressed (I think) everything you’ve pointed out, you can see the diff at https://hg.python.org/peps/rev/8ddbde2dfd45 or see the entire PEP at https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0470/ once it updates.

If there are any additional changes that need to be made, let me know!
