[Distutils] py2exe package for 3.4.2 version

Hi Good Afternoon,

This is Venkat from HCL Technologies. Actually I am trying to download "py2exe" package for Python 3.4.2 version. But I am not  able to download "py2exe". Could you please send me "py2exe" package to me.

And also could you please tell me how to extract the .whl files.
