This package previously had uploads, but I removed them since some took
it as a signal of the usability of the software. A project of that name
exists, but not yet in a generally distributable form.

Deleting the entry enables the possibility of having to rename a long
term project when it comes time to releasing it, or living with some
PyPI name that doesn't match the package name.
