The “How do I Install this” is actually designed to take someone to a beginners guide on how to use pip to install packages while the “pip install six” snippet is designed for someone who already knows the basics to just have something they can easily copy/paste (including a little button you can click to get it copied to your clipboard). We have a number of technical writers who have volunteered to help make packaging.python.org better and a beginners guide is one of the items they’re going to be working on.

The main body text on the detail pages hasn’t been styled at all yet (tracked by https://github.com/pypa/warehouse/issues/801).
